Texas Ballet Theater is performing “The Nutcracker” in Fort Worth’s Bass Hall until December 27. Jazz is everywhere in DFW, several chamber music companies have performed “The Messiah,” the Orchestra of New Spain has performed newly discovered seasonal music from Spain and Cuba, the Dallas Theater Center has performed a run of “A Christmas Carol,” and The Dallas Opera has presented their third World Premiere opera this year, “Becoming Santa Claus.” It’s been an artful holiday season, yet we wish we could be in La Ville Lumière to celebrate the season. We have much to be thankful for, and I am grateful for your reporting from Paris. Happy Holidays to you and Leon!

Thanks for thinking of me, Bill and for keeping me updated! We’re on holiday in the Netherlands…got in today. Spending time with Leon’s Mam & Pap before we hit Strasbourg, Annecy, Lake Geneva and Dijon. Hope you have a beautiful Christmas!
